Yamaha vstar 650 kuryakyn hypercharger problem?

I got a kuryakyn hypercharger installed on my yamaha vstar classic 650. i currently use vance and hines short shots for my exhaust system. The hypercharger was professionally installed but im having some problems with it, they include the following:

short, but loud "pops" or backfires when slowing down without disengaging the clutch.

i no longer need to turn on the choke to start the bike, but when i do turn on the choke, the bike pops rapidly and very loudly. this doesnt sound good.

after the bike is warmed up, the idle speed will drop down to levels that cause the bike to die.

instead of having better gas millage (50+ mpg) i have poor millage (32 mpg).

the dealership wants me to drive it an hour and a half back to them so they can look at it; however, i work 2 jobs and have no time to get over there. does anyone have any advice or suggestions of what may be wrong? or if it is causing engine damage?|||I think you should take it back. This sounds like a carb problem to me. Perhaps they didn't properly rejet the carb when they installed this stuff.
