Hi, I bought an inflatable boat and a outboard motor from the previous owner. He didn't have a title or registration for the boat because he used it as a tender for his sailboat. However, he gave a bill of sale and all the receipts for the boat and the motor. How do i file for a title and registration? Could I still file it as I am the owner of the boat without submitting a bill of sale?
